White Oak Pastures Bluffton, GA

We had a wonderful overnight stay at White Oak Pastures RV Park in Bluffton, Georgia. It was Christmas Eve so it was a quiet night on the farm as we knew the employees were off on holiday. The RV area is peaceful and spacious amidst pecan trees with beautiful views of pastureland, and thoughtfully laid out including full hook-ups and a laundry facility.  We woke up Christmas morning to open skies and a ground covered in fresh pecans and after gathering up a couple of pounds, we resumed our journey south.

What makes this place special goes far beyond a place to park. White Oak Pastures is deeply committed to regenerative agriculture, animal welfare, and land stewardship.  Because of the holiday, we were not able to experience the grounds and visit the on-site shops. We have made room in our return trip home, to experience the rest of the farm and hopefully get some special provisions at the store to take home.

The property is right off the highway and open and easy to navigate in a larger RV and a great place to slow down and reconnect with the land. It’s an ideal stop for anyone traveling through southwest Georgia who values sustainability, good food, and authentic places with a strong sense of purpose.

We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommend staying overnight if you have the chance—it’s much more than just an RV stop; it’s an experience.
